Some of the main products you can expect to find at BIO's Shop:

 

Fresh okra, garden eggs, madame Jeannette pepper, yam, sweet potatoes, plantains, casave, Edos and ginger. We also have dried fish, salted meat, pigtail and cod fish.

Some frozen products are: Different kinds of meat for instance beef-, porc-, sheep-, and cow meat. Different kinds of fish like: catfish, tomson (makreel), red snapper and stock fish. We also have frozen vegetables in stock and also pondu, roti, pom taije and saucage.

Further more you find a nice variation in rice, beans, palmoils, gari, fufu and different seasoning. And off course local beers, soft and non-soft drinks are not missing out!
